Within the fixed fee we aim to;

- Provide if required three visits to the property in an attempt to personally serve the necessary Party.

- 24 hour online access to our web portal which provides you with each case status
- Provide you with a full report and prepare the necessary Certificate, Statement or Affidavit of service.
